HIDO IYO HOOYO

We are a Somali cultural non-profit organisation. The purpose of our association in Glasgow is to preserve and educate people around Somali culture, history and language.

We do this by having dance classes every Saturday where we teach everyone our traditional dance. Our class is open to beginners and those who are intermediate. We also have our shaax & sheeko (tea & talk) time, we talk about our lives, give advice to others and bring our people together. If you are interested, please get in touch and we will give you a warm welcome to our organisation.
